The U.S. branch plays a critical role in cross-border operations and manages strategic accounts in the industrial, retail, and consumer goods sectors.

Position Objective
The Managing Director will lead the commercial and logistics operations of the Miami branch, with a strong focus on growth, profitability, and strategic positioning in the market. The role will involve strengthening relationships with clients, suppliers, and carriers; consolidating internal processes; and enhancing the competitiveness of the U.S. hub by integrating sales, operations, finance, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
– Define, execute, and oversee the national sales budget.
– Identify business opportunities and strengthen local market presence.
– Represent the brand at international trade shows such as Intermodal and through commercial visits to key countries (Colombia, Brazil, Uruguay).
– Build strategic relationships with carriers, airlines, clients, and logistics partners.
– Supervise the operational team (approx. 20 staff, including 5 on-site office employees and others in warehouses or remote locations).
– Manage pricing and margins across sea, air, and land freight services.
– Ensure swift and effective responses to logistics emergencies.
– Lead continuous improvement processes and foster a culture of efficiency.
